Justin Hill, Physician Assistant
Justin is a certified physician assistant who has worked at Nashville Knee & Shoulder Center since 2011. He earned his Bachelors Degree at Southern Adventis University in Chattanooge, TN with a double major in Management and Accounting.  He then trained at Kettering College in Dayton, OH where he received his Masters Degree in Physician Assistant Studies. He has worked under Dr. Pagnani since completing his masters program, and specializes in sports medicine as well as injuries of the shoulder and knee.

Justin is an active member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants (AAPA) and Physician Assistants in Orthopaedic surgery (PAOS). He has attended multiple conferences to stay current on orthopaedic trends.

Justin lives in Hendersonville with his wife Bethany and new son Levi. In his free time he enjoys woodworking. He is very active in the local cycling community and loves road biking. In his spare time he reviews framesets and wheels for an international company. He also enjoys repairing things around the house and tinkering with small electronics.
 
Jaime Hinger, Billing Coordinator
My name is Jaime and I am the Billing Coordinator for Nashville Knee and Shoulder Center. I have been doing medical billing for 32 years. I enjoy the challenge of keeping up with the constant changing billing rules, as well as helping our patients understand their insurance plans. I have two daughters and one granddaughter. I enjoy animal rescue and do a lot of transporting of shelter animals to their forever homes.
 
Josh Sloan, Acute Care Nurse Pratitioner
Josh Sloan is a Board Certified Acute Care Nurse Practitioner specializing in Orthopedics and Sports Medicine. He received his bachelor's degree in Athletic Training from Middle Tennessee State University in 2007 and went on to receive his master’s degree in nursing from Vanderbilt University School of Nursing in 2009. Josh has worked exclusively in orthopedics and has developed a broad knowledge in evaluation and treatment of musculoskeletal injuries and ailments. Josh especially enjoys working with athletes across the spectrum of age and ability to get people back to doing what they enjoy and improving their quality of life. Josh is an active member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners staying up to date with current evidence based practice. Josh is on staff at Saint Thomas Midtown and West Hospitals as well as Centennial Medical Center. Josh currently assists with medical coverage for Goodpasture Christian School and Franklin Road Academy, as well as provide care for several other local high schools. Josh was born and raised in Mount Juliet, Tennessee and currently lives in Lebanon, Tennessee with his young family. He has been married to his wife Jessica since 2009 and they have two young boys, Jake and Jase. He enjoys rock climbing, playing softball, and coaching his son’s baseball team.
Marketta Sanders, Receptionist
My name is Marketta. I am front desk receptionist for the Nashville Knee and Shoulder medical team. I've been married for 31 years - I am a mother of 5 and a grandmother of 7. I really enjoy working with our patients.
Wendy Wedekind, X-Ray Tech
I have been an x-ray tech for 22 years. I enjoy working with patients and I try to treat everyone as though they were my relative. I have been blessed with two beautiful children and have been married 22 years. We reside in Nashville, TN. Look forward to learning and growing with Nashville Knee & Shoulder.
 

Aynsley Riser, Clinical Assiant 

Aynsley Riser is the clinical assistant for Dr. Jason Jones and Nurse Practitioner Josh Sloan. She earned her bachelor's degree in exercise science with a minor in biology from Lipscomb University in 2010, and her Master's Degree in Athletic Training from the University of Tennessee Chattanooga in 2013. She is a Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) who holds current certification and licensure in the state of Tenneessee. She grew up in Montgomery, Alabama. She has been married to her husband Kevin since 2013 and they reside in Nashville with their two dogs, Gage and Maddie. In her free time she enjoys playing tennis, running, spending time in Florida, watching Auburn football and Miami Marlins baseball. She enjoys interacting with patients and seeing them through from diagnosis to full recovery.
